Two for the Price of One

yeah it's been a week, here's what I've been up to- a matchy matchy spotted mani with Cult Nails glorious black Nevermore over LVX creamy dreamy oh-so-faintly-griege Cashmere. Also, ILNP Fall Semesterm three coats of the beautiful blue shift/sparkle/holo. (sorry no sun pics, it really does have a good linear holo in the sunlight)

yeah Duo/Multi chromes! ILNP Bishop

I had searched for Ozotic 507 for years in vain, when ILNP came out with a line of duo/multi chromes. Bishop is a strong gold/green changer with a hint of blue around the corners. Lemming crushed, these don't need black underneath as the Ozotics do. Three coats with topcoat. Easy application and clean up.

If you've never heard of LVX polish, then go run, google then buy these! Such a gorgeous high end maker with perfect brushes and dense streak free colors. Love love. Here is Monaco, a brilliant bright marine blue and D'Orsay, a lightly peached cream. I tend to use very thin coats, so I needed two of the blue and four of the cream. One day's wear, and the sun if coming out tomorrow, so I spiced them up with a quick coat of ILNP Mega.

I made very effort to have all the Ozotic Mish Mash polishes before they went out of production. Multichrome and holographic goodness together is a no-brainer. I love all the bling with so little effort. So I was a bit skeptical when ILNP declared that her holo multis did not need black underneath. Skepticism dead. gone. over. This is Nostalgia (H) a red-green-brown-golden multichrome with a wide holo scattered throughout. Two coats plus topcoat. No black base. Brilliant. My fave by far.  These pics are all the same polish, taken under different lighting conditions. Really.
