Back to a fave- grassy green!

I was unexpectedly RAOK'd by the darling Crumpet go-like-love with some Kiko polishes. Kiko is an Italian line currently available in Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom. Apparently the Italians are better at making nail polish than naming them; this silvery grass green has the bland name 390. The brush is a bit large and moppish, someone with small nails would have trouble maneuvering, but with my nails it was a very fast application. I did three thin coats whereas two thicker would have sufficed. No streaks even though it's got a slight metallic base. I added a few accent nails of Hits Polish (D&R Apothecary) Pink Lemonlime-Ade, a mix of matte pinks, greens, yellows and white translucent with a very tiny bit of matte pink hearts and yellow glitter flowers. Took 20 minutes to fish the larger glitters out, but that may be due to only having a mini bottle.
Gelous over the glitters and Dazzle Dry overall.

Untrieds- Hits Strawberrific

Not being a pink-red-purple girl I realized after about 300 polishes I didn't have any in those colors, so I ventured into that unknown territory with some mini polishes. One of them was Hits Strawberrific from DandRApothecary on etsy, found here. They are moving and will be shut down for all of April, so fave her and get notification when she opens back up! I have a dozen or so of her glitters and they are brilliant! I layered a nail or two (two thin coats no dabbing needed) over the poorly names Kiko 348, a dusky grayed olive.

30 Days of Untrieds- Held Over!

The weather is turning murkier for a couple days, along with my manicure- here is the khaki green/gray Kiko 348 with a couple nails of Dollish Polish  Zombie Flesh- a pea soup green base with tiny green, gold and black glitters.
The Kiko was a tad thick, so two coats made it opaque nicely. The Dollish is one thin coat- a tad bumpy, nothing two layers of Dazzle Dry couldn't handle.
