Playing around with Spectraflair, color changing pigments, assorted polishes- these are all from other polishes, NOT from scratch-  the ones linked are the same polish, 2 coats alone and 1 over black- second picture is truer to color.

Holo Frankens

Been playing with SpectraFlair and the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes I got for Christmas- add a little Color Club Worth the Risque to a couple, and little Sally Hansen Nail Prisms to a few others and voila! New colors! Outside shot shows the true color much better, inside with flash shows the holographicness.

This is one coat of Sally Hansen Diamonds over base, with a french taped off with my franken navy blue holo sponged with OPI Last Friday Night. Seche Vite to top.

Guest Nails by (drumroll, please!) my niece Katy Clare!

Darling girl that I can't believe has been married, what, 5 years? and has my sister's one and only and larger-than-life grandchild, Danny! I made a franken I arrogantly called "Stairway to Heaven" and sent it off to her. Since then, she has worn it over black, frenched the tips then did a new mani with STH as the base and Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Rose Petal french tips- presenting, for your viewing pleasure, my niece and your hostess, Katy!:
