So, Ashley, my "short nail model" for Beauty and Lifestyle Bridal magazine go, see, here liked the last dotticure I did, so I recreated it in greens on her nails! This really is a fun high-impact manicure!

MSMD AUTUMN!!!
I got so excited when I saw this pop up in Pinterest. Some of most loved and well used polishes were included, not to mention dotting, my favorite technique. I modified the colors a hair, using China Glaze Kalahari Kiss as the base, Brownstone, Desert Sun and Mahogany Magic for the flowers. Seche Vite to cover.

Oh Oh Oh!
OZOTICS IN DA HOUSE! I hadn't tried the gorgeous duochromes I have been guarding with my life (well, my Helmer) and decided that one of Crumpet's "splodge" manicures would give me chance to see all three in their glory. The bottle shots are really truly the same polishes just pictures taken from different angles. Splodged over Cult Nails Nevermore- a true one-coat black. I also added a few daubs of OPI DS Sapphire for good luck. Poshe over.

Feeling Like Summer Won't Leave
Illamasqua is a grass green (acidic lime on the website) with a shimmer finish. Three coats were needed for opacity, but the polish flows well and the brush is perfection. After a day I dressed it up with some spots and flowers. Wearing this for three days now and it makes me happy! This shade of green is really my happy place.

Paula's Favorite
Inspired by Robin Moses- I did this for Paula a few years ago, and she has been whining asking about me doing it again for her- so here it is- white base is three coats of China Glaze Dandy Lyin' Around, the flowers are all acrylic paint. Enjoy, sweetheart!
Poshe topcoat.

Another untried!
I'm really trying to get out of my comfort zone and this polish definitely goes there. Barielle's Out-Gray-Geous is a sheer pewter shimmer with tiny gold micro glitter. I used three coats but it really needs four.I swatched it over black and it works much better that way. Out The Door top coat and it's nice and smooth.

MultiChrome Holo- Frankenpolish!
What happens when you add Spectraflair 35 to multichrome polish? MAGIC!!
China Glaze Rare & Radiant was on clearance at Sally's a ways back, so I grabbed a bottle and put a couple pinches of the happy dust that is SF into it. All these pics are really the same polish, taken in different lights and at different angles. Dazzle Dry over.

Untrieds-
OPI French Quarter for Your Thoughts and Above the Curve You're Turning Ne-On! FG is a cement gray from the Touring America collection. It went on well, I love the large brush on my big nails, but it took three coats on a couple nails. I placed the glitters in YTN by dabbing the polish on a foam applicator so it would soak up most of the clear base (it took some dunking to get enough glitter out of the bottle), then placed the glitters pretty much where I wanted them. These are really cool matte neon and black and white glitters- RECTANGLES anyone?Dazzle Dry and Poshe over.

Above the Curve Wisteria and Cecilia
OK, so then Crumpet made me buy purple. Yeah, purple. And now I have it on four fingers, the other six sporting blue. What is happening to me???? But oh, what purple and blue- thick creamy rainbow grape purple and ocean blue. Two coats and a dense coverage sparkling with holographic loveliness. Both applied well, Cecilia may need a touch of thinner, but I used it as it came this time. Dazzle Dry over. Yum.
